A Louisiana farm,
built for every occasion.

This place is different

You don't book a room here.
You get the whole place.

Most venues hand you a hall and a four-hour window. Petitto hands you a farm — the barn and its open pavilion, the pond and its deck, the pool with the water wheel turning, and the live oaks that have been standing here a lot longer than any of us. We only ever book one event at a time, so the place is never split between two parties.

We sit right off I‑55 — an easy drive from Baton Rouge, New Orleans and the Northshore, and a straight shot down for anyone coming out of Mississippi. People make that drive for one reason: they want the real Deep South, not a barn-themed room. Live oaks, Spanish moss, open water, and animals that were here long before the first wedding.

The barn & pavilion

Covered, heated,
open to the field.

Hand-cut timber trusses, a stone fireplace that runs floor to roof, and a bar lined with saddle stools. Three sides open to the pasture so the party never feels indoors — and a roof over all of it, so a cold snap or a passing shower never changes the plan.

  • Full-height stone fireplace and mounted longhorn
  • Saddle-stool bar, antique wagon serving table
  • Big-screen TV and a great windmill fan overhead
  • Steps straight down onto the lawn and pool deck

The pond & deck

Where the day
slows down.

A timber deck built out over the water, lit along its edge, with a fountain running in the middle of the pond. It's the cocktail hour spot, the first-look spot, and the place three generations end up sitting together long after the cake is gone.

There are catfish and bass under that deck, and the geese will absolutely come see what you're eating. The water keeps the children occupied for hours without anybody organising a thing.

The other residents

The farm doesn't
stop for the wedding.

Nobody stages this. The animals here are free to roam the whole property, and they will wander straight through your cocktail hour. Guests love it. Photographers love it more.

Tap any of them.

Coming to the farm A longhorn herd for the pasture — and a strawberry field. That berry has been sitting on our logo since the very first day; before long it will be growing out back too.

Stay the night

Nobody has to
drive home.

The country home on the property sleeps your wedding party in southern-rustic comfort — pool, pavilion, outdoor grill and porch views included. Newlyweds keep it for the honeymoon; bridesmaids and groomsmen take it the night before.

We'll tell you what it looks like.

Send us a date and a rough headcount and we'll come back with what the farm does that week — light, colour, where the ceremony goes, where everyone ends up at midnight.
